1. Refer a New Business Client: Share our services with businesses in your network.
2. Client Signs a Contract: Once the business signs a qualifying service contract with us, you become eligible for commission.
3. Earn for 6 Months: You can earn up to 20% of the subtotal (before taxes and fees) from that contract monthly for up to 6 months. Percentages are negotiable based on the contract size.
4. Payment Timeline: Payouts will begin one month after the execution of the referred client’s contract. Payments will be issued monthly on the 15th of each month.

2. Payout Terms: Commission is calculated on the contract subtotal only (excluding taxes, service fees, and expenses). Commissions are paid monthly and may be negotiated based on the referred contract.
3. Duration: Payouts last for up to 6 months from the date the client contract begins.
4. Payment Schedule: Payouts will begin one month after the execution of the contract. Payments will be made on the 15th of each month.
5. New Clients Only: A referral is only valid if the referred client has had no prior contact or relationship with Williams ES Solutions.
6. No Contract Minimums: There is no minimum contract value required to qualify for referral payouts.
7. Termination: Williams ES Solutions reserves the right to end or modify the WESS CONNECT program at any time.
8. Payment Requirements: Referrers must provide a W-9 and valid payment method. Payments will be issued within 30 days of each qualifying month.
9. Dispute Resolution: All disputes related to this program will be resolved by Williams ES Solutions in good faith.
